Hi Grace,
Based on your itinerary, you'll arrive at Shangrao Station at 15:09 on April 4, 2025. After that, you’ve got two good high-speed train options to get to Wuyuan:
- G1602 — Departs at 15:57, arrives at 16:27. Transfer time: 48 minutes.
- G5024 — Departs at 16:12, arrives at 16:35. Transfer time: 63 minutes.
A quick note on transferring at Shangrao Station:
Shangrao is a mid-sized high-speed rail station and pretty easy to navigate. Once you get off your train, just follow the signs for “便捷换乘” (Easy Transfer). There are elevators and stairs that take you straight to the waiting area—no need to exit the station.

The transfer usually takes about 5–8 minutes, but it’s safer to give yourself at least 15 minutes. You have enough time for the two transfer trains.
If you’ve got big luggage or want a bit more time, go with G5024—it gives you a more relaxed buffer.
Before your trip, check the 12306 or Ctrip app for real-time ticket availability and platform info. And while you’re at the station, keep an ear out for announcements—they’re helpful!
Have a safe trip!
Best,
Daniel
