Morning:

Qianmen Street

Start your day at 8 AM with a private transfer from your hotel to the southern end of Qianmen Street. Stroll along this historic commercial street, soaking in the lively atmosphere and traditional architecture that reflect old Beijing’s bustling marketplace.

The Forbidden City

From Tiananmen Square, enter the Forbidden City, the largest imperial palace complex in the world. Follow the Central Axis through the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Central Harmony, and the Hall of Preserving Harmony, immersing yourself in the splendor of China’s imperial past.

Jingshan Park

Exit the Forbidden City from the northern gate and proceed to Jingshan Park. Climb to the top of Jingshan Hill, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Beijing. The Wanchun Pavilion at the summit is the best spot to capture the full expanse of the Central Axis, flanked by symmetrical structures and scenic vistas.

Midday:

Wanning Bridge and Jade River

After lunch, continue along the Central Axis to Wanning Bridge. This elegant bridge and the Jade River flowing beneath it add a touch of tranquility to the northern section of the Central Axis, enhancing the beauty of the surrounding architecture, including the towering Bell and Drum Towers.
