It is only 300 meters away from the Dongzhimen Traffic Hub ( See the Map above), making it extremely convenient. So just a kind reminder: Dongzhimen Wai Bus Station is not inside the Dongzhimen Traffic Hub, though only 300 meters apart.

You can take the subway or a bus to Dongzhimen Station, then walk in the northeast direction about 300 meters to Dongzhimen Wai Bus Station to find the boarding point for the Mutianyu direct bus. This direct bus line operates only once a day ( only available on Saturday and Sunday), departing at 8:30 AM sharp, and goes straight to the Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area.
